Assertion failed (opt||cstr)

I recently had a strange issue where I had recently SVN Moved a
directory and saw only one directory in the appropriate place on my
machine, however other developers had it in both the new and the old
location, and I could see that in the repo browser. SVN Update did not
place both directories in my working directory. So I went to the
repo-browser, deleted the directory in the old location. Then l did SVN
Update. This is what I got. Additional SVN updates afterward seem to
work OK.

Client computer is running XP Pro SP2

TortoiseSVN 1.6.1, Build 16129 - 32 Bit , 2009/04/10 08:14:05
