Windows explorer hangs TSVNCacheWindow

I have TortoiseSVN 1.6.1, Build 16129 - 32 Bit , 2009/04/10 08:14:05.

Since I installed this version (I work with Tortoise SVN for 2 years but did
not have this problem) My windows explorer sometimes hangs or response very
slowly when I restart the system I get a message that TSVNCacheWindow is not
responding asking me if to end the program or not.
