Potential bug

Hello,
I'd like to report a potential bug in TortoiseSVN under windows vista.
Symptoms :
1) I can't delete files/folders - even those that are not under
version control - progress window freezes and hitting cancel doesn't
help
2) Icons that are supposed to appear on folders under version control
either do not appear or there is a huge delay until they get refreshed
(hitting F5 doesn't help).

The trouble source seems to be TSVNCache.exe - after killing the
process everything seems to be working fine.

Thanks for your time and sorry if this was previously reported (I
couldn't find it).
