Commit of single file

Hi,

I miss the possibility to be able to right-click a single file, and
commit it. I haven't been able to do this since the last update
Tortoise.

For example, I've made a change in foo.cfm. When I right-click it and
press "Commit", the "Changes made" window contains the following
message:

"No files were changed or added since the last commit. There's nothing
for TortoiseSVN to do here ...". In the past, the file would be listed
for selection.

If I on the other hand go one step up in the file tree and right-click
the parent directory and press "Commit" foo.cfm is on the list
containing the changes I've made, and ready for commit.

Why has this changed?

Thank you for a great application though :-) !

Best regards

Brian Frisch
