Sorry for the late response. I have been testing 16286 with very good luck. TSVNCache.exe did seem to lock up once, but in a very random time, not matching previous patterns. It only happened once quickly after the first reboot of installing. Since then, I have had no problems at all.
I'll be updating to a new nightly shortly just for further testing.
I am a bit curious as to how this could debug (from reading other threads) as the application doesn't actually crash, and windows never intervenes.
