Properties Dropdown

Hello,
There is a dropdown for selecting Properties for a file. And there is
also the ability to add a property with ADD, on the same window. I
would like my own custom properties to be in the dropdown. So I could
just give them a value.
Where are these stored? I cant find them in a config.
