Context Menu Exclusion List Error

When I add a path (ie. c:\*) to the 'Settings->Context Menu->Do not show the context menu for the following paths:" textbox I can still see the context menu item "Checkout..." in paths directories.

I would expect no context menu items to appear other than possibly the top level "TortoiseSVN" item (though it would be nice to have the option of excluding this as well).

One other problem with this dialog is that it does not appear to accept multiple paths. If I add multiple paths on individual lines and press "Apply" all the lines are concatenated on the the top line.
I would expect this to work in the same way as the "Settings->Icon Overlays->Exclude Paths:" textbox.
