TSVN 1.6.1 bug: cancelled commit isn't

From: Alexander Iljin <ajsoft_at_yandex.ru>
Date: Tue, 28 Apr 2009 21:24:17 +0700

Hello!

  Steps to reproduce:
  - prepare and start a Commit of multiple files;
  - when the content of the last file is being sent, click Cancel
    (slow Internet connection is preferred to catch the moment);
  - the dialog window says that the Commit was cancelled due to user
    request, which is FALSE.

  The actual result is: the commit is always successful in this
  sutiation, but the WC stays on the previous revision. Subsequent
  Update shows a successful merge of all previously ("not") committed
  files.
