Sorry, I sent you an old log by mistake. I have just sent you the right one.

The only reason I can see that TortoisePlink has the file open is because TortoiseProc successfully opens it one more time than it closes it, so the open file handle may be inherited by TortoisePlink, which maybe closes it on shutdown?

Of course, this is all speculation on my part. I wish I had a compiler which would compile Tortoise, so I could be a bit more help.
