I saw this part of the thread after I hit "send". Maybe I should switch
my reader to threaded mode instead of chronological :)

BTW: I love "virtual" data controls. The only thing I'm still missing is
a virtual combo box. I have to fill one with 30.000-50.000 entries in a
project of mine and the performance is a real PITA. A while ago I
discovered source code for a virtual combo box in C. Maybe I port it to
Delphi some day.
