context menu and dialogs on screen with negative coordinates

Tortoise seems to have problems positioning windows on a monitor/screen with negative coordinates (i.e. "X" is < 0). To replicate - setup multiple monitors and have one screen to the left of the primary screen. (We do this in dev because some customers of our app do this.)

Examples:
 - Blame context menu appears on the primary screen if Blame window is on the screen with negative coordinates.
 - Commit Recent Messages dialog appears on another screen if the commit dialog is on a screen with negative coordinates.
