troubles with svn:externals on TSVN 1.6.1

Hi,
Since I moved from TSVN1.4.2 to TSVN1.6.0, the folders that use an svn:external link are correctly updated, but I am not able to create new ones using the same syntax.
All my repositories are FSFS type and stored on a network disk drive. The disk is locally mounted as P:
To create a link with TSVN1.4.2 to the repository placed on :
P:/development/repositories/Lib/trunk
I was writing in the TortoiseSVN->Properties->add :
Lib file:///P:/development/repositories/Lib/trunk
And an update was coping all the Lib folder content.
But with TSVN1.6.1, a simple message that says process completed appears, but nothing have been copied in the working copy folder.
Should I use a special property line for the mounted disc?
Thanks.
Guillaume.
