Cannot create Repository

Dear All,

I'm searching a solution after our upgrade to the version 1.6 of our Subversion Server.

When I try to create a new repository under the svn, I receive the following message :

"Subversion reported an error while creating a repository ! ....."

Can you please help me !!!
