1. I renamed a file from test.txt to test2.txt and moved another file
to a subdirectory one level below (I was doing some preliminary
testing in preparation for a major refactoring that will involve
moving and renaming files)
2. https is the access url
3. I did the 'show log' dialog from the file that was changed or moved
both times.
