Your working copy has local modifications

Sorry about the partial post - hit wrong key by mistake.

When I try to branch/tag, I get the following message:

Your working copy has local modfications.
If you branch/tag from the HEAD revision, your local changes won't
show up in the branch/tag.

I do not understand this. I just committed some files. No unversioned
files show in the SVN Check for Modifications windows.

If I try to Clean up the folder, TortoiseSVN (1.6.0, Build 15855 - 32
Bit) fails with the following message. Any ideas on what I'm doing
wrong?
