Disable Window Background Graphics/Icon?

Hi,

I am using TortoiseSVN 1.5.2 on Windows Vista. For instance when running an Export there comes up a window which lists all the files while the export is in progress. This window has some kind of background image (box with green arrow pointing downwards to the right) which I find a bit annoying and which in my opinion makes the window content hard to read.

Can I disable that? Is that part of Vista and needs to be changed there?

(I used Win2K until now and there the TortoiseSVN windows were "clean" - I am running Vista for about 3 days now and haven't found my way around it yet :-) )
