Compare revisions gives a 'path not found' error after rename or move

After doing a file rename or moving a file, I get a 'path not found'
error when trying to do a 'compare revisions' from the 'show log'
window. This is repeatable from multiple machines that have 1.6.1
installed, however when I try doing it from a machine with 1.5.5
installed it works fine.

Has anyone else run into this issue with the latest version?

Any help or status update if this issue has already been logged would
be greatly appreciated.
