RE: 'Update' don't add new file or folder

I've noticed the same behavior. It seems to happen on my two 64-bit machines, but not on my 32-bit. If I delete the parent folder and update again, all of the files appear.

For the first time the other day, I also noticed that it did not merge in some changes to a file! Meaning, the update occurred, but some expected changes did not appear!
