Oh, right - no, you can't display the menu on a per-folder basis; you
can only control where overlay icons are shown and which folders are
crawled by the TSVNCache process.

Why would you want to hide the TSVN context menu outside of certain
paths anyway? It definitely won't make a speed difference.

You couldn't even check out a working copy to a path not yet added to or
access TSVN's settings outside of your defined folders - you might even
manage to lock you out of TSVN completely that way...
