Explorer Integration, directory exclusion

So I've been trying to get explorer integration to work how I want. Generally I want it to only appear in one set of directories, but I realise I can't do that and I need to exclude rather than include.

So that's ok, I can cope with that, so I added the following exclusions in the Context menu settings

C:\Windows\*
C:\Program Files\*
C:\Program Files (x86)\*
C:\inetpub\*
C:\Users\Public\*
C:\Users\Administrator\*
C:\Users\barryd\Downloads\*
C:\Users\barryd\AppData\*
C:\Users\barryd\Desktop\*
C:\Users\barryd\Links\*
C:\Users\barryd\Music\*
C:\Users\barryd\Pictures\*

And yet I still get the explorer menu in all of these directories. Aggh. I don't want the option of adding my start menu to SVN *grin*

What am I doing wrong?
