How do I update the SSL cert in Tsvn on win?

From: <webpost_at_tigris.org>

I changed email addrs, so my old cert got revoked. I got a new cert, and installed it on all my unix machines, and it works great. I want to do the same on win with TortoiseSVN, but there is no GUI (that I can find) to allow me to replace the cert.

I went into user/me/AppData/Roaming/Subversion/servers (I'm on Vista), and made it look my linux servers file (in ~/.subversion/servers),
but this seems to have no effect.

I still get
Error OPTIONS of 'https://....': SSL
Error negotiation failed: SSL error: sslv3 alert certificate revoked (https://...)
in an update window when I try to update...

I went to the registry, even, and removed the HKCU/Software/tigris.org/Subversion/ keys that seemed involved, but no changes there, either (this info appears to be stored stored SOMEWHERE...!!!)

What magic do I have to perform to make it look at the right cert?
