Request: Rescan Button In Commit Dialog

Love TortoiseSVN!

When working on a project, I bring up the commit dialog to see the differences so far. Sometimes I end up changing some other file, so in order to see its differences, I must close and re-open the commit dialog. I'd like to avoid that step.

It would be more convenient if there were a way to tell the commit dialog to rescan for changed files such as with a Rescan button.
