RE: Tortoise 1.6.1 kills file explorer

I too can confirm this. No problems are visable until I first start _and_ disconnect a VPN connection. After that procedure file explorer is slow, and reboot is needed. When shutting down Windows TSVNCacheWIndows reports Not responding. After reboot all is well until I connect and disconnect the VPN session. This is reproducable. Using Windows XP SP3 on a HP 6730b.
