[Bug - v1.6.1-16129] Bad .svn/entries filepath

Hi.

With TortoiseSVN 1.6.1, there is a problem when using "Check for
modifications", "Diff with previous version", "Show differences as
unified diff" and others actions under a file and not a folder.

On the file X:\MyWorkingCopy\AFolder\AFile.txt, TortoiseSVN try to
find the .svn/entries folder, but at X:\MyWorkingCopy\AFolder\AFile.txt
\.svn\entries instead of X:\MyWorkingCopy\AFolder\.svn\entries.

So all above actions fail with "Invalid folder", "Unable to find
status" or others errors messages.
