Which version of TSVN did you use to create the patch?
You should right-click (in explorer) on the TSVN working copy root,
then select "create patch" from the TSVN submenu. Then have all files
that show up in the dialog checked, then click ok.

If you did that, then there's a bug in TSVN because the paths in the
resulting patch file were a little bit messed up.
