Apparent conflict with Ankhsvn

From: <webpost_at_tigris.org>

After switching a working copy from trunk to branch in Tortoise, AnkhSvn thinks the switched project and all its files are "New," signifying the fact with a blue plus sign icon in Visual Studio 2008. Do I need to commit from Ankh? Refreshing does not help. Does TortoiseSVN live well with AnkhSVN or should I just stick with Tortoise?

Thanks,
Randy Neall
