Dublication of the last line in "UCS-2 little Endian"-Files after changes in TortoiseMerge

Hello,

at first I want to say a big thank you to all who work on this great program.

So here is a bug I found:

I have changes in an txt-File in my workingcopy. The file has "DOS/Windows USC-2 little Endian"-encoding and does not end with a newline character (see attached file). When I open this file with TortoiseMerge by doubleclicking the entry in the commit dialog, I can make some more changes. After saving this changes, the last line of my file will be doublicated in the following way "xyz"->"xyzxyz".

Version-Information:
TortoiseMerge 1.6.1, Build 16129 - 32 Bit , 2009/04/10 08:14:05
libsvn_diff 1.6.1,
apr 1.3.3
apr-utils 1.3.4

Wolfgang
