Update of Folder-Icons

Hi,

sometimes the status of folders managed by TortoiseSVN isn't updated.
For example, if you delete the ".svn"-Directories of a root-directory
and therefore want that this folder isn't managed anymore the folder
icon of the root-directory isn't updated and still shows a
TortoisSVN-Icon on the folder.

Another effect is that all subfolders are managed by TortoiseSVN and all
subfolders are also up to date the root folder does not always show the
green "Check"-Sign but the red exclamation mark, despite the fact that
all subdirectories of the root folder are synchronized.

Please check in your sourcecode if there is a possibility to update the
entire folder-structure after all subdirectories are synchronized and
update every icon.
