pt_PT Documentation Started

This is to inform everyone that I have started the Portuguese_Portugal translation and added TortoiseMerge_pt_PT.po and TortoiseSVN_pt_PT.po to the trunk.
I will merge to the latest branch as soon as I have enough of a translation for it to be useful.
This will give me a bit of work so I will stop helping maintain the DA, ES and IT UI translations unless I'm asked.
