on commit, SVN tells me to cleanup... cleanup fails due to a lock... release lock tells me there are no locks

Something happened to cause the sequence in my subj line above. I'm
using TSVN... is this an SVN prob or TSVN? I dont know.

Any ideas on how I can get cleaned up with an apparent lock (which I
cant find or unlock) so I can commit and continue developing?
