It worked for one minor version: Subversion failed to escape the urls in
an internal function. But that was a bug which prevented proper urls
from working. This was fixed immediately and the next minor version
again properly escaped those urls.

The bug I fixed was with spaces that occurred *inside* the repository,
not outside.
