ppt files are shown as modified on open-close

Hi,

I have a very weired issue with tortoisesvn and MS Powerpoint files.

I have upgraded toitoisesvn to 1.5.3
I have MS Office 2003.

We use subversion to store all our presentations.

Now, I do a simple open-close of a ppt file.
I dont change anything.
simply read it and close it

But, TortoiseSVN marks it in red and status shows as "modified".

Why this is happening?

help me to solve this.
