Problem with commit and ignore-on-commit

From: <webpost_at_tigris.org>
Date: Mon, 6 Apr 2009 14:58:01 -0700 (PDT)

Steps to reproduce the problem.

The project must have a external project.
something like:

- RootDirectory
   - RootProject
   - FolderOfExternals
      - Externals
   - RootProject2

Modify one file from Externals and one from the RootProject.

Click on the RootDirectory and then click commit.
Put the root file in the ignore-on-commit list.
Close the commit dialog and then open it again.
The only files that appear in the dialog are now the ones in the RootProject
