Automatic folder properties

Hello,

I'm using TSVN 1.5.8 on WinXP, with the server running svn 1.5.4. When I
create a new folder inside a working copy and then add it with
TortoiseSVN -> Add..., the folder gets given some svn properties.
Specifically, bugtraq:message, bugtraq:url and tsvn:logminsize, with
correct values for our infrastructure. (ie. it's using our bugtraq
server, etc.)

Where are these properties coming from? I want to add another property
to the list, but I can't find where it is configured. I don't have
autoprops turned on, so it isn't that.
