Thanks Ulrich and Simon!

Your help was great to me. I changed the folder tree in the repository without any problems.

My failing the last time, was just a combination of lack of experience and perhaps some bugs in the tool HDLdesigner, It has a svn-plugin built in recently the first releasse wasn't completely bugfree. I use SVN for about 3-4 months now and only now I start understanding the concept of SVN more thoroughly.

At the end I've chozen the following tree:

/MainProjectname
      /subproject1
          /trunk
          /tags
              /0.1.0
              /0.2.0
     /subproject2
          /trunk
          /tags
              /0.1.0
              /0.2.0

Our Mainproject consists out of several subdesigns, thats why is use a double projectname structure.
