Can't reproduce this here. If I right-click on my TSVN 1.6.x working
copy, select merge, revision range, then enter the TSVN trunk url and
click "show log", all revisions that are already merged are shown in gray.

What did you do exactly? Maybe I can reproduce this if I have more
information.
