You have to report this on the Subversion mailing list (users at tigris
org). Be prepared to answer followup questions on how this can be
reproduced and how this happens!
The assertion is there because the developers expect the variables there
to have the intended values. If they don't, then something unexpected
happened and they want to know why and how that unexpeced situation arises.

A Ctrl-C will copy the text to the clipboard.
