There is a known bug with the 1.6 release involving SVN Cleanup... the
good news is that it is already fixed in the nightly builds.

You could try one of these at

http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/win32/

and/or

http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/x64/

depending on whether you want a 32-bit or 64-bit build (or both).
