missing properties dialog

Hi,

in the windows file explorer I could use "Right Click-->Properties-->tab
Subversion-->Properties..." to open a dialog which displayed and allowed
to modify the SVN properties of a working copy.
I recently installed TortoiseSVN 1.6.0 and can't open this dialog any
more.

Is this dialog the same that I get with "Right
Click-->TortoiseSVN-->Properties"?

Is this a bug or a new feature?
(and sorry if it has been reported already)
