Problem with TortoisePlink private key directory separators in SVN_SSH

From: Tuomas Kiviaho <tuomas.kiviaho_at_iki.fi>

I noticed that when using SVN_SSH environment variable with TortoisePlink.exe the '-i' switch the directory separators must be unix style so I can't refer to for instance %USERPROFILE% as base directory. Oddly in TortoiseSVN ssh client settings this requirement doesn't exist (although environment variables can' be used)
