There was a message about this recently. Check the archive.
The basic idea is :
the OK button in dialogs has a keyboard shortcut by default,
so the additional alt-O is unneccessary.
The shortcut for OK is : ENTER (or if ENTER is used by some
other GUI element in the dialog, then ctrl-ENTER).
Similarly , ESC is the shortcut for "Cancel".
