TSVN Version 1.5.6, using svn protocol to a svn 1.5.5 server.

Problem: When creating a branch by using the repo browser "Copy To ..."
function, a duplicate branch is being created in the same commit. The
distinguishing feature of the duplicate branch is that spaces in the path
have been replaced with literal "%20". Sometimes the path is shortened as

Reproduction recipe: None known. Unable to replicate at will

Frequency: This has happened 4 times since Feb 2009, on a fairly active

Other observations: The log shows that both the good and dup branch were
created in the same commit. The branch path in the dialog was created
either by typing or by pasting text from another app. When the duplicate
branch has the full path, displaying the log or deleting it affects the
"real" branch.

An exerpt from the log is shown below:

   A /XXX/personal/Greg/F0161%20-%20Project%20X
