1.6.0 Build 15855 brunch/tag (copy) create error "file already exists"

hello,

i brunch/tag (copy) with the TortoiseSVN 1.6.0, Build 15855 - 32 Bit client and a error message is returned

command: tortoiseproc /command:copy /path:"C:\mylocal\project" /url:"https://svn.xyz.at/project/branches/branchXYZ/new" /closeonend:0

I select "Working copy" in "Create copy in the repository from"

error message: File xyz already exists
