TortoiseMerge does not focus on first change

Hi!

In v1.5.9 when double-clicking a file in the CfM window, the TortoiseMerge
windows pops up and shows changes in file.
The first change is in the middles of the screen and the text cursor
is (sometimes) positioned in the changed line.

But the change is not properly focused. Foe example the alt-right
key shortcut for "Use left block" does not work.
Also the thick line above and below the changed line is not displayed.

pressing ctrl-down (focuses on second change) and then ctrl-up focuses
properly on first change.

Sometimes it also happens, that the text cursor is at the begin of the file,
not at the first change.

I suggest either to make the first change properly focused when the window
appears, or not focused at all (meaning, ctrl-down should jump to first change,
not second).

Regards,
David

PS: If now with 1.6.0-RC out there is no interest in 1.5.9 bug reports,
just says so ;-)
