XP Shell Crashes with 1.5.9.15518

After installing 1.5.9.15518 I can no longer right click on file in XP. It causes error: 'Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.' See attached PDF. Windows did not generate a txt logfile. Uninstalling tortoise corrects the problem. I can also repeat this with 1.5.8, 1.5.7, and 1.5.6.
