Bug: installer dialog changes position after each clik on next

Hi!

TortoiseSVN 1.5.9.15518 32-bit

The installer wizard resets its window position after each click on the next button.

This is especially annoying, if I work on a secondary monitor and each click
on NEXT moves it back to the primary, which is on the other side of my desk and I have to
move it back to secondary.
Repeat that for every click on NEXT.
