Missing Actions from Log

I'm not sure whether I should report this as a bug or whether I'm doing something wrong.

I do know that when I use svn log -v to show the log messages for a specific rev, it shows all of the actions performed during that rev, but Tortoise SVN doesn't.

I'm not using any filtering on the Tortoise Log Message Dialog.

I've attached the output from both with the svn log output first. Notice that it is the last four actions that are missing from the Tortoise SVN Log Message Dialog.
