Context menu shows no icons and does not work on network shares

Hi everybody,

I've used tortoise svn for different projects on different computers
for the past few years now, never had a problem with it. But now I've
stumbled upon a problem I never encountered before.

I would like to have my working copy in my home directory, which is a
network share (as this gets regularly backed up). However, when I
right-click a folder on the network share (DFS windows share), the
tortoise svn context menu does come up, but it does not show any
icons, and none of the entries seems to do anything. Not even the
"about" entry does anything.

If I right click a folder on the local filesystem, all the icons are
displayed, and they are all functional.

And I don't think this has anything to do with it, but I did try to
enable the option "enable icon overlays on network drives".

Does anybody have an idea what's going on here?

Any ideas are appreciated.

sergej
