Recent Messages and failed commits.

Hi all,

About the only time I ever use the 'recent messages' button on the
commit dialog is when a previous commit has failed. I am guessing
that this is a pretty common use case for other people too.
In this common situation what you usually want is the last message.

Hence a suggestion:
I would like to suggest that there is plenty of room to the right of
the 'recent messages' button for a 'use last message' button that
would place the last message in the Message text box.

This would save me one click (yay).

The significance of this saving to the survival of the planet are
probably minor, but it would make me happy (and hopefully lots of
other people too) :-).
