RE: Context menus aren't available from dialogs on Vista

This is probably happening in 32-bit apps. You need to install the
32-bit version of T-SVN to resolve this issue.

TortoiseSVN context menus and icon overlays aren't available or visible
from standard open/save dialogs on my Vista x64 box. Is this a
configuration problem or a limitation of Vista?

My current settings:
